The company's existing LMS product was not meeting the needs of the customer and there was an urgent need for developing a product in a Microsoft environment with complete feature set.

The Objective:
Define, design and develop new product in Dot Net architecture which would be easily maintained and supportable with the following features:

The Approach:

    • A rapid prototype to demonstrate the complete functionality of the entire project
    • Detailed systems requirement document (SRS) was crated and approved
    • A detailed design document was prepared
